If I want to evaluate the AWR1642 EVM board performance versus temperature, what can be the temperature operation range?

Hi,

For the AWR1642 silicon the operating temperature range is provided in the datasheet

It is -40degC - 125degC

Hi Cesar,

Sorry that what I need is the AWR1642BOOST EVM board operating temperature, not the silicon..

I found it in AWR1642BOOST user guide: AWR1642 Evaluation Module Single-Chip mmWave Sensing Solution User's Guide (Rev. B), http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swru508b/swru508b.pdf

The chapter 7 has one note of the operation temperature range below,

NOTE: The AWR1642BOOST has been tested in the 76- to 77-GHz band (2 Tx at a time) at a
maximum peak power of 26 dBm EIRP, and in the 77- to 81-GHz band (1 Tx at a time) with
maximum peak power of 21 dBm EIRP across the temperature range of –20°C to +60°C.
