WEBENCH® Tools/TDC1000-TDC7200EVM: Not able to measure liquid level with TDC1000-TDC7200EVM

Part Number: TDC1000-TDC7200EVM

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Hi,

I have the development kit TDC1000-TDC7200EVM.
I'm trying to measure the level of water of a tiny tank. Max of 50 cm of height.

I watch a video on youtube, from Matt: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7yoeMxxbl-w

I found on TI Community the settings of this tutorial, on this thread: https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensor/ultrasonic/f/991/t/647578?tisearch=e2e-sitesearch&keymatch=TDC1000%20level

When I try to load the file, there is a error:

I do the "Save Config" again and after that swap to "Graph Tab".

After push the START GRAPH, and fill the tank with water, I'm not able to see the same result of Matt's video or even closer.
The "TOF AVG" never change from 26800, even if I put the auto scale option. I'm just able to see some spikes.

This is a imagem with auto scale set.

I tried another step, that is generate the configure file from WEBENCH® Designer TDC1000.
A similar thread was discussed here: https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensor/ultrasonic/f/991/t/478399?TDC1000-TDC7200EVM-errors-when-importing-Register-file-generated-by-design-tool

Even this not work for me. I get a similar error when loading the registers on GUI. The value not change like the previous example.

My firmware version is 2.01 and GUI is 1.2.7.1.

The transducer is connected like this image. Follow like the Matt's video.

What am I doing wrong?
