LM75A: LM75 vs TMp1075

Part Number: LM75A
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP1075

Can you please help me out with the difference between LM75 and TMP1075?

Are they both P2P compatible ?

  • Hello Shreenidhi,

The TMP1075 and LM75A are P2P compatible by design. The 1075 is lower power, supports up to 32 addresses (up from 8), has a 12 bit temperature resolution (up from 9 bits), and is cheaper than the LM75A

It is also the first temperature sensor with I3C mixed fast mode compatibility. If you are deciding between the two for a new design, the TMP1075 is likely a better choice.

    Best Regards,
