TMP275: Measurement Error Due to Aging

Part Number: TMP275

The datasheet specifies +/-0.0625°C change over 500 hours. How do I extend this out in time? I believe drift over time will generally decrease logarithmically. If that's the case, by what factor does the drift decrease every 500 hours or every year?

Hi Michael,

Please note that 0.0625C is the resolution of this device. When tested for aging, the devices were subjected to 500 hours of 150C accelerated aging and we were not able to measure a change due to quantization. This aging is described by the Arrhenius equation. Please see attachment.
