1. I need a digital temperature sensor with an accuracy of + 0.1 C. I think only TMP117 meets the requirements. When will this material be mass produced?

Hi Meng,

TMP117 is our highest accuracy device. Release-to-market is targeted for end of Q3.

TMP117 has a +/-0.1 max spec for a limited temperature range. We don't have plans to make any further accuracy guarantees.

You might consider LMT70, which is a high-accuracy analog-output temperature sensor. Products like LMT01 and TMP104 have digital interfaces which might be appealing for cabling of probe designs. However, these products don't meet your accuracy requirement.
