I want to develop something similar like this

Is there any ready package developed in Robot Operating System (ROS) or in any other framework I can download directly for this task or I have to develop the package by my own.

Hello Saptarshi,
Currently, we don't have any standard solution for Camera + Radar fusion on ROS, you need to do your own research for the same in ROS.

I'm sorry but currently there is no standard solution/source available (fusion demo) to distribute.
