Could you share the detail information (e.g. ripple, output voltage, and so on) of the specification of internal LDO output pin on AWR1642?
I cannot find the information for the following pins.
VOUT_14APLL
VOUT_14SYNTH
VOUT_PA

We do not provide specs for the internal LDO outputs. Can you explain why you would need these specs?

My customers want to get the expected specification (e.g. ripple, output voltage and so on), and they want to verify their boards whether they meet the expected specification.

We specify the device performance at a chip level, these are the specs you will find in the datasheet. Unfortunately we do not share the internal IP design specs.
