Hi,

I am working on mmwave_dfp_01_00_00_01. In this ti example code vcoSelect value assigned to 3388, but vcoSelect is unsigned char max(0-255).

I want to know is there any reason behind assigning 3388 to vcoSelect.

Hello Mohan,
Which API you are referring to?
In SDK v1.2 or v2.0 there is variable pfVcoSelect (bit 0, 1) which is being used under rlProfileCfg (rl_sensor.h) to select VCO based on frequency used in the device. In SDK v1.0 this field was reserved, so it may be any value if not intialized to zero.

Sorry i'm using mmwave_dfp_01_00_00_01.

In this vcoSelect used in MMWL_setContMode function.

Hello Mohan,
If you referring to mmwaveconfig.txt then that is wrong value set to 'vcoSelect' in this file.
Set this value according to frequency used VCO1/VCO2.
You can set it to b0=0 (use internal VCO selection) and b1=0 (76-78GHz) or b1=1 (77-81GHz).
