1. Does TI have any update about SPI Flash AVL for xWR1642 ?

We may meet EOL issue for those SPI Flashes and need TI' help to update AVL.

2. BTW. Does TI xWR1642 support W25Q32FVZPAQ and W25Q32JVZPAQ flash?

Yimin,

TI has validated Spansion, Micronix, Winbond SDF .
However, as long the SDF that supports Quad mode and JEDEC commands, it should be possible to use.

Yimin,

SDF does mean Serial Dual Flash.

From page 2 of the AWR1642 Bootloader Flow whitepaper:
"User application components (R4F and DSP) are expected to be stored in the serial data flash (SDF) interfaced to the AWR1642 device over the quad serial peripheral interface (QSPI) interface."
