DCA1000EVM: MMwave Studio .exe not working

I have installed mmwave studio on my PC (Windows 10) to work on DCA1000 EVM + AWR1243. But when I try to execute 'mmWaveStudio.exe', given in th path C:\ti\mmwave_studio_01_00_00_00\mmWaveStudio\RunTime, I get the above error!! I run the exe, as admistrator too , but still facing this issue.

Can someone please help to resolve this?

Hello,
Please confirm if you have followed the pre-requisite section (2.1) given in mmWave Studio user guide. If not please complete those steps and then try again.

I have followed all the steps mentioned in the mmWave studio User Guide including the steps mentioned in 2.1

Hello,
Usually it works on Windows10 version what we have tested here. Could you check if .Net framework version 4.2 onward on the system where you aretrying to run mmWave Studio.
