hello team!

i'm still evaluating pga900 and pga300.. and i have a new question,

if i want a voltage output between -10 and +10 volts with 20000 points of resultion ( that's standard for plc input ), using pga900: i need to add an external circuit or an external dac, and also to generate -/+ 12V supply. to save space and keep design simple i was thinking about a DAC with 16 bits. best with pwm input.

there is a TI design for this purpose? or any dac IC's that is raccomdend?

I can't think of any specific TI Design for this, but we may be able to do something with a DAC. We'll take a look at what's available and get back to you Monday (7/30).

there's no way to use pga900 as a master in serial interface? always to achieve a direct driving of a dac of 16 bits, without using a MCU as master..
another way, pwm analog output can be take with 16 bit of resolution?
