HI,
I am having trouble writing the calibration to the hardware. When I click the write to hardware button the message "failed to write to hardware" pops up. How can i fix this? Is there another way to get an accurate distance/ depth measurement?

Casey,
I think the EEPROM may not have enough space to save a custom profile. This happens when there are profiles already present in the hardware. Can you save the profile after deleting a profile from the EEPROM?

Hi,
Can you give the following details:
1) The profiles already present in the CDK
2) The profile you're trying to write to the hardware.
