What is impact for leakage resistance with changing ambient temperature?

    Hello Na Na,

    Figure 3 shows the potential increase in temperature error for various leakage resistances to ground or the supply voltage. Over temperature low leakage resistances can produce large errors in temperature reading. 

    Leakage resistance should be maximized to minimize error with remote diode readings. Ensuring your board is properly cleaned can help with this.
