Hi,

For some reason, after I switched off the device, I am unable to reload images.

I am keep getting error messages such as "Image loading failed: Not able to connect to serial port. Recheck COM port selected and/or permissions".

Here are things I have tried.

1. Check DeviceManager and load COM port appropriately.

2. Uninstall XDS UART and XDS Data port and reinstall

3. Rebooting the computer.

Reading another forum answer seemed to resolve this issue when CSS is not being turned on when running UniFlash. However, I'm still seeing the same error message.

Any idea?

Hi DJ,

Would you be able to post Console Output from Uniflash? It may also be helpful to post screenshot and picture of your board.

More problems..

Now, the drivers that used to automatically install itself is no longer responding.

Both XDS110 Class Application/User UART(COMUART) and XDS110 Class Auxiliary Data Port (COMAUX) are missing.

Is there a way to retrieve these files from online?

Okay, I think I fixed my own issues here.

1st issue: Fixed it by properly matching COM port number
2nd issue: Fixed it by downloading XDS 110 support utility from

processors.wiki.ti.com/.../XDS_Emulation_Software_Package
