I am using IWR1443BOOST to detect the hand gestures for deaf and dumb people.

I am a final year engineering student and i need some guidance to know where to start from.

Hey Murtaza,

You can follow along with mmWave Industrial toolbox.
There are example codes for gesture recognition called twirl and swipe, precompiled for IWR1443BOOST.

I guess that will be helpful.

That's very helpful but can I add other gestures like hello or goodmorning etc.

It's a gesture to text conversation project I am doing.

Hey Murtaza,

If you are talking about hand waving like motion in front of radar, then I guess sure you can do that.
If you try to dig deeper into theoretical details and learn by examples.
Of course, it'll take a lot of work, but definitely it can be done.

You'll need to prepare for more development if you want to implement more gestures. Queries can be directed here on E2E.
