Hi,

I would like to ask you a question about "OS" for Voxel Viewer.

Can we use Voxel Viewer on "Windows10", not "Windows7"?

Because though I have evaluated Voxel Viewer on Win10, the behavior is sometimes unstable.(suspending)

Do you know the root cause of this unstable?

If you give me any advice, I would very appreciate!

    Voxel Viewer is built for Windows 7, but it does work on Windows 10 as well. Could you tell more about the unstable behavior on Windows 10?

    Thank you for your reply.

    Let me show the unstable condition as below.

    <Normal>

    <Error>

    About error condition, it sometimes shows another windows on "point cloud" display.

    After some trial, I found that the root cause seems to be due to  "PC performance".

    When the error happens, the PC works with "Battery" and PC is on "low performance".

    As of now, no error seems to happen under PC working with "AC adapter" power supply.

    Probably the error seems to be due to "PC Performance"...
