AWR1243BOOST: How to setup AWR1243BOOST+ mmWave DevPack + TWS1400 EVM in Ubuntu 16.04 ?

Thanks for the info. My end objective is to get the output like the AWR1443Boost ( 3D PCL), can you help ?

Is there any way to use it without Radar studio? My final goal is try applications like 3d point cloud with 12xx. I'm trying to access the ros application side of things like the ones with 14xx and 16xx series using 12xx.

For AWR1243 we have only RadarStudio which does processing of captured data and plot it.
For 3D PCL you need to write your script/code, taking reference in C language from existing multiple applications (TI-Rex and SDK).

As another reference we have Processor-radar-SDK for the AWR1243+TDA3x setup where data is being captured on TDA3x over CSI-2. From this package also you can get some refernce.

TSW1400 provides raw Adc data to PC and in case of AWR14/16xx same ADC data is being process by HWA/DSP respectively.
