Randhir,

1. I would recommend removing C28 and C32 for stability reasons (pg. 15 of datasheet).
2. I would recommend placing the RC filter as close and possible to the ADC input.

What accuracy are you looking for and for what operating range?
LMT70+ADC system cost may be comparable to a digital temperature sensor like TMP116/TMP117/TMP112
