This example is a case of poor detection, similar to the issue you pointed out in this thread. It seems there is some object near the 28 meter mark that is creating strong detection points.  When the person walks past this object, the tracker associates itself with these points. Since these points remain throughout the test, the tracker retains a track on these points. However, it is likely that these detection are not strong enough to have a tracker created for them normally. 

The person is then not detected again. Please download the latest Industrial Toolbox, 2.5.1, which has a CFAR update that should improve detection. This will mean the person walking will create more points for the tracker to track.
