Other Parts Discussed in Thread: IWR1443
Hello John-san,
We have got additional questions from our customer.
According to your initial comment, there is a following message.
“There are gaps of time where no data is being sent.”
It seems there may be a possibility that “gaps of time” is related with their problem.
So, we would like to know what is the meaning of this “gaps of time”.
It would be helpful if you can give any comment to these questions.
- What is a meaning of “gaps of time”?
Does this mean
- Short packet,
- Transferring blanking or NULL data by long packet,
- LPS,
- or others?
- Where does this “gaps of time” happen?
Is this between each packets?
Or, does this occur even in the middle of packet?
- Is this “gaps of time” allowed to the MIPI CSI2 specification? Can we say that this “gaps of time” is compliant with CSI2 specification?
If possible, would you please tell us the definition of “gaps of time” in the specification?
Or, would you please tell us where we can find this description in the specification?
Best Regards,
Nobu Arai
