AWR1642: different frame config result in different result for multi-chirp in PostProc

Part Number: AWR1642

                                                                             (1)config

(2) result when  selecting "Chirp configs are processed seperately"

(3)result when  selecting "Chirp configs with dissimilar profileID are processed seperately"

Fig1

I am using AWR1642+RTSW1400 to capture adc date. and using postproc in mmwave studio check the adc data.

See, fig1(1), i config a frame, chirps 0~63 has idle time 3us,chirps 64~127 has idle time 14.8us. other parameters are same.

1/

when postproc the adc data, i find postproc can not show the last 64 chirps, see the yellow labels in hte right side fig1(2) and fig1(3). Postproc always shows the idle time of 110th chirp is 3us.

By the way:

if i first config chirps 0~63, postproc shows all the 128 chirps has dile time 14.8us.

if i first config chirps 64~127, postproc shows all the 128 chirps has dile time 3us.

Anyway it is wrong.

2/

although when selecting "Chirp configs with dissimilar profileID are processed seperately" in the miscellaneous option, i get  2D FFT plot.

but because of the problem in question 1, i do doubt  whether the plot in fig1(3) is right or not.

about the miscellaneous option i have checked with Randy in the thread e2e.ti.com/.../718405
