OPT8241: Can I adjust the phase of the modulation signal?

Hi,

Is the phase of the modulation signal always the same or slightly changing sub-frame by sub-frame or fame by frame? (I'm not talking about the phase shift by pi/4 for each quad)

If it is fixed, can I adjust it sub-frame by sub-frame or frame by frame?
