TMP102: Multiple device failures during handling

We've been experience a high failure rate of these devices during handling and product assembly. We suspect there may be ESD damage involved. Can you recommend a method for proving that the failures we're seeing are ESD related?

Can you elaborate what the failure is?

We can determine whether a device has ESD damage in our Failure Analysis Lab. This is intensive work that we undertake on a case-by-case basis when we receive customer returns.
