LM94021: Question About CAPACITIVE LOADS

Hi Team,

I have some design question about temperature  sensor(LM94021),
since our customer want to use this part for temp sensing ,
and use MCU's(MSP430FR2311) ADC to read the sensing Vout to monitor Temperature.

For lower the noise influence and driving a switched sampling input on an ADC,
it may be necessary to add some filtering to minimize noise coupling.
My question is , is there have any recommendation value or suggestions of Rs and Cload?
