RTOS/AWR1243: when cascade 4 AWR1243 to increase the angle resolution to 1 degree，the MIMO is centralized or distributed？

I want get a point-cloud imagine ,but the point is less,so i cascade the 4 AWR1243,but how to configure antenna ,the MIMO is centralized or distributed,thanks~

Hello ,
In a 4 chip cascade configuration you basically have effectively 12 transmitters (4 chips *3) and 16 receivers (4 chips *4) . In each of the chirps you have any of the transmitters ON, you could sequence one transmitter after the other also (TDM MIMO) or any other sequence you might want to achieve. We allow full flexibility in cascade also, just like in a single chip mode.
