CCS/IWR1642BOOST: Industrial Toolbox download errror

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hi,

I am trying to download the latest version of mmWave industrial toolbox using code composer studio and getting the following error at the end of download "  {"code":"ECONNRESET","errno":"ECONNRESET",syscall":"read"}. Can you please look into it ? Also, how can I avoid having this error ?

    Hello Rashid,

    Are you using the TI Cloud version of CCS or did you download and install CCS?

    What is the version number of CCS you are using?

    What OS are you using? (Windows 10, etc.)

    We have tried this on two different computers. Both of them are running Windows 10 and have CCS installed on them. One has CCS version 8.0.1 and the second one has CCS version 8.0.0. Note that we get this error at the end of download (near 100 % progress bar for download).

    Hi Rashid,

    We have not seen this error message when downloading the mmWave Industrial Toolbox. It looks like the latest version of CCS is 8.1.0.00011. Would it be possible to install the latest version to see if it makes a difference?

    An alternate way to download the Industrial Toolbox using a web browser is as follows.
    a. Point your web browser to dev.ti.com/.../
    b. Click the download button (in upper-right corner). After agreeing to the license, a .zip file will be downloaded.
    c. Navigate to the folder holding the downloaded .zip file. Right click and then select
    Extract All.... Do NOT use the default path. The path must be C:\ti .
