AWR1243: The mmWave studio gui is crashing

Hello,

I am trying to run some evaluation on AWR1243 eval board. The eval board is connected to DCA1000EVM data capture card. As soon as I open the mmWave studio gui it crashes sending this error message. someone

Tom,

Please ensure that you have MATLAB runtime v8.5.1 (32-bit) installed on your computer. This is a prerequisite for running mmWave Studio.

I downloaded and installed 32bit Matlab runtime but the GUI is still crashing

I am trying to set up the com ports using mmWave demo visualizer per document bellow

but every time I click on design now for visualization I am getting this message

404 - Not Found

Any idea?

Where exactly are you clicking and getting the 404 error message? It is not entirely clear from the information provided in you most recent post.

Tom,

Are you still having issues with the GUI visualizer? Please make sure you are using the visualizer in Chrome on a Windows PC. Please respond to this thread if you have questions or this post will be considered closed.
