HDC1010: Temperature operation of Humidity Sensor

At times the HDC1010 used in my application, can be exposed to -45C. Just looking at the humidity senser, data sheet says Functional operating temperature of -20C to 85C. Will the part not function or just give an inaccurate value?

Hi Bobby,

As you've noted, the part is outside the operating temperature range when operating at -45C. Therefore, the device may not function as specified in the datasheet until it returns to normal operating temperature.
