TDC7201: The intb signal do not funciton normally.

Hi, I used the TDC7201 on the combined mode. Why can't I get intb1 and intb2 signals active when stop1 and stop2 come at different times? If stop1 and stop2 come at the same time , the intb signal can act normally , why? Please help me. I really don't know how to figure it out. The problem has confused me for a long time.

Jianchun,

Try to just enable one START & STOP channel at a time & let me know if the INTB pin toggles correctly.
