TDC1000-GASEVM: Board Troubleshooting

Hello,

I have a TDC1000-GasEvaluation board, which I have used on one occasion.  When returning to use (on new computer) I am unable to get the board to connect with the computer via the software interface. It times out everytime, while 2 green led's light up on the board (power and link).  System details are as follows:

1. Windows 10 computer - manually enabled .net3.5, but software does not list any COM ports to connect to

2.  Windows XP computer - lists every variety of COM port, but none connect, COM1 takes the longest to timeout.

Could you suggest some troubleshooting steps, I have tried the following:

1. Changing computer

2. Changing cable

3. Manually enabling .net3.5
