OPT3001: Can not find the marking.

Dear Sir/Madam,

The datasheet shows it should has a marking ‘ED’ on OPT3001DNPR. But I can not find it on the surface. Can you help?

I found the marking information on TI.com as below:

And this is the IC I have. But I can not find any letters on the surface.

Hi Zia,

This marking should be on the backside of the chip, not the top.
