CCS/FDC2114EVM: Modifying Firmware to Increase Sampling Rate

Unfortunately, I cannot walk you through how to do this step by step, but you will need to make the following changes:

- Remove the USB streaming portion of the code and create your own I2C reading loop instead at the desired sampling rate.
- Make sure that the device init function configures the registers as you wish.
