AWR1243: Convert ADC signal to received power

Hi,

Our customer has a question. They would like to convert ADC signal to received power (e.g. Watt, dBm, etc).

They refer to following E2E page:

For other radar, there are equations like below page (see equation of "Calibration factor"):

www.eorc.jaxa.jp/.../calval_index.htm

For AWR1243, they think left side is received power instead of backscattering coefficient. Calibration factor will change with every reception because of AWR1243 AGC. They would like to know a conversion equation including calibration factor.
