TDC1000-GASEVM: communication error

Part Number: TDC1000-GASEVM

Dear Team,

my customer has been trying to communicate with the TDC1000-GASEVM but an error message appears.I'll attach screenshot of the error message.

How should I proceed?

  • Hello Adrian,

    Please download the GUI again, un-zip the files and run the .exe file as admin. This should install the GUI without any issues.

    the problem still persists. He's been trying to install the GUI on WIN10 (as administrator) but without success.

    Other things tried are:

    1) As recommended,he downloaded the latest GUI (snac064f) again and reinstalled -  KO

    2) Uninstalled and reinstalled in WIN7 in compatibility mode - KO

    3) Downloaded and reinstalled various versions of LabView RuTimeEngine (2018/2017/2010 - the same compiled in the GUI)

    then reinstalled GUI -  KO

    The message that every time pops up is:

    Do you have any further thoughts?

    Try to check if you have the latest .NET installed in your system. I have .NET v4.0 & v3.5 installed and the GUI does work properly.

    If that does not work, please try to reinstall LabView.
