Hi Arunkumar,
The AWR1642 device is situated generally to detect moving objects, and does best with objects that are metallic or mostly composed of water (e.g. humans).
In our tests, the device can easily detect foliage(trees, bushes). There should be no problem detecting trees - you will need to make sure the angular accuracy/resolution will suit your needs. Also note the AWR1642BOOST antenna configuration does not give elevation information - essentially, you are getting a 2D slice of the environment. (This can be corrected by changing the antenna pattern, which would require a custom board.)
The mmWave radar devices penetrate wood (building material) and we have shown penetration through 1.25 cm of plywood.
