Hi Sir

We would like to do Watchdog test.

In the source code, we found two parameters “preloadvalue” and “windowsize” in watchdog driver.

The details is not clear in “mmwave_sdk_02_00_00_04\packages\ti\drivers\watchdog\docs”.

Q1: Could you explain these two parameters definition ?

Q2: How can we evaluate the expiration time for the watchdog driver?

Hello Yimin,

A1: "preloadvalue" setting is to define the endtime of the watchdog window.
The start-time of the window is defined by a "windowsize" .

A2: If you are using the CCS environment and running the watchdog SDK application , you will see that the JTAG connection is lost once the WDG expires and generates a reset.
