The same thing is happening to me. I even run it as administrator but still showing the same error.

Any possible solution?

Hello,

Can you try deleting the RSTD folder as described in the following post?

Hello John,

Thank you for your suggestion. I tried everything as per that thread, but still problem persist.
There was no RSTD folder in that path to delete.

Hello John,
Sorry, my bad the RSTD folder was hidden and was in other user path. I found it using search bar and deleted the folder.
It works. I was able to resolve my issue.
