Hello,

I am currently using OPT8241 and voxel viewer.

I actually created a profile with low frame rate(15 fps in my case) and after that if i am trying to measure the distance of an object using the profile i am not getting accurate measurements(measurements are far less than original).

What is the reason for those false readings and how can i rectify that?(i need to create a profile with low fps).

Can you share the profile settings from the conf file for the profile and the actual distance of the object you are measuring? It would help to have the expected measurement, actual measurement, modulation frequency, standard deviation of measurement, amplitude, etc.
Can you also share screenshot of voxel viewer and a photo of the scene?
