Hi,
can you comment on the temperature compensation of the LDC1612. Does the differential measurement method is expected to have problems in the temp range of -40/+85°C?
Thanks
Fred

Hi Fred,
There should be no problem operating in that temperature range. Change in temperature changes the inductance resulting in a change in sensor frequency (fSensor). In differential configurations a reference has the capability to cancel out temperature changes and other environmental effects. For more information please refer to section 8.1.3 of the datasheet: www.ti.com/.../ldc1612.pdf. I hope this helps!
