AWR1243: AWR1243P: What is the expected power need to dissipate

Dear team,

My customer is looking for the amount of power that needs to dissipate at fully working with the AWR1243P device with the following settings:

* A duty cycle of 66% (and 100% if possible)

* ALL 3TX transmitting in parallel at full power, with phase shifters and attenuator 

* ALL 4RX receiving in parallel, 

* ADC speed at 37.5MSPS (real-mode)

* LVDS Data mode 

* exciter on master chip working (need to know )

What is the expected power need to dissipate?

Can we dispate some power from the top of the chip (Platic case)?
