AWR1243: MCU code , configuration code , data output lanes

Hello，

I bought AWR1243BOOST board for  studying the MMIC.

1，Is there a code loaded in the external M4 MPU ?how  would I get it ?

2，Is there a code template  for configuration the AWR1243? maybe using SPI?

3, AWR1243 data use CSI2 as output , all four lanes should  be used  or some of  them  can be configured ?

    Hi,

    1) The M4 MPUs on the AWR1243 are dedicated for the Radar Subsystem and Master Subsystem. They are not user-programmable.

    We provide only binary firmware images for the AWR1243. The firmware is released as part of our Device Firmware Package (DFP) available here: www.ti.com/.../MMWAVE-DFP

    2) The AWR1243 devices are configured over SPI. The APIs are listed in the Interface Control Document (ICD) in the same package. We provide mmwavelink code as part of the DFP package, that allows you to carry out communication with the AWR1243 devices. There are code examples in the DFP package as well.

    3) For CSI2, the number of lanes to use is configurable. Please refer to the SWRA555 application note (www.ti.com/.../swra555) for more information.
