FDC2214: FDC2214 Breakout Boards

Hey,

I am currently using the TI FC2214 for wire concentricity testing. Would request recommendations for break-out boards that are compatible with the frequency to digital converter. I am currently using the TI evaluation board that comes with the FDC2214 mounted. The idea is to use the FDC with personally built circuitry.
