We are building a PCB and have a sensor coil at each end with the LDC in the middle of the board.
This means we will need to run the Input Coil down half the length of the PCB to the LDC2114 location
Are there any impedance consideration for trace width and copper thickness we should be aware of?
What is the limit on trace length from chip to sensor coil? (we need to run about 1 - 1.5 inches)
should ground plane be kept clear of these traces to the sensor coil?
Any other considerations, with tank capacitor or series inductors location relative to the coil location, nearby is better as on Eval Coil PCB.
Thanks,
Steve
