I am able to use the IWR1443BOOST sensor with RViz to visualize the point cloud. Can someone suggest how can I stitch the point cloud to form a map?

Hi Akash,
You would need to supply odometry/location information for each point cloud and put it into a map. Please see the Autonomous Robotics with ROS for mmWave demo as an example using the Turtlebot2 platform.
