TDC1000-TDC7200EVM: External Frequency

Part Number: TDC1000-TDC7200EVM

Hi Team,

One of my customer is using the EVM and test with external frequency. The jumper settings were made accordingly and selected for external CLK in GUI but the device is not giving any outputs. Is there any additional settings required for external clock selection. Please help with your gudance to trace this issue.

    Hello Shinu,

    Once you connect the Jumper to ext clock, please select Ext Clk in the TDC_CLOCK_SOURCE_SEL in the Setup tab. Also input the clock freq that you want to use.

    I suggest that you start with 8MHz clock to start with and also in the TDC1000 tab please select divide by 8 in the TX_FREQ_DIV.
