CCS/IWR1642: gmake: Target 'all' not remade because of errors.

Hi Rahul,

How did you create the project in CCS?  If you are trying to build the mmWave SDK demo then you can follow the instructions in the mmWave SDK Demo - 16xx lab on the TI Resource Explorer.  If you are trying to build a specific demo like the People Counting Demo then you can follow the instructions for that lab on the TI Resource Explorer as well.
