PGA970: DVDD decoupling capacitor value 100nF or 470nF?

Hello,

Considering about DVDD decoupling capacitor value,

Referring to PGA970 datasheet I found two design value of the capacitive value of the decoupling capacitor.

"Connect a 100nF decoupling capacitor to ground" in 5. Pin Configuration and Functions
470nF in Figure 2. LVDT Supply and ADC Reference Are Ratiometric

Which value is more preferred?

Hello,

Use the 470nF capacitor. The 100nF is a mistake in that section. The testing was done with the DVDD with a 470nF decoupling capacitor as shown here:
