DCA1000EVM: FPGA version is not loaded

Hi experts,

Im writing the same thread with e2e.ti.com/.../2719551 , since no one helped me yet

As i wrote on the title, the problem I've faced is FPGA version is not loaded.

I strictly followed the user guide, and referred to other threads that are related to this issue but unfortunately i couldn't figure it out.

I surely not only turn off all the firewalls working on my laptop, but also i gave a firewall permission on DCA1000

If someone knows about this problem, please give me a solution.

I'll really appreciate it

Jungsang,

Do you have jumpers across both SOP0 and SOP1 on the xWR1642BOOST? This hardware configuration is needed when using the DCA1000.

Hi Kyle,

ofc i did it

i got jumpers on SOP1, 0 but not on 2

if i didn't, RS232 and SPI weren't connected, which is not like the picture that i uploaded first

Jungsang,

Please make sure the ports 4096 and 4098 are not being blocked either.

i met the same problem.it was solved when i close my computer's windows defender and wlan.it may help you .

Thanks dude, i had known that issue long time ago. at that moment, i turn off not only wifi but also all window firewalls.

btw it figured it out on another laptop.
