hi,

I have some issue for flashing the EVM using uniFlash V4 software. I am using a 64 bits, Win10 pc and get the following message when I try to flash the IWR1642BOOST EVM to install the people count FW.

The file path is the following : C:\ti\mmwave_industrial_toolbox_2_5_2\labs\lab0011-pplcount\lab0011_pplcount_quickstart\xwr16xx_pcount_lab.bin

I have loaded the 2.5.2 version but I'm wondering if I have an ES2.0 board version compatible with a SW SDK 2.0 or higher (or if I have an ES1.0 ?)
Can you tell me how to see the difference (I do not have any sticker on the EVM indicating an ES2 version) or I do not know where to look.
See other ideas to fix the issue ?

Hi Dominique,

Your picture of the error message did not come through.

What is the full version of Uniflash that you are using? If you are using v4.5, can you try v4.4?

Hi Dominique,

If you look at your IWR1642 device, bottom marking will show either 502 for ES1.0 or 502AC (or 502A) for ES2.0. Please confirm you are using an ES2.0 part.
