Hi,

I have a problem with the FDC1004QEVM.

When i use completly the FDC1004QEVM with a stm32, all is OK.

But, when i cut the "usb to I2c part" and i add a 5K pull up, the fdc1004 don't work.

What can i do ?

Are you using the sensing solutions GUI? If not, you can download the GUI from our product page.

Thanks for your reply.

I didn't use the sensing solution GUI, but it works with the "usb to i2c" part.

It doesn't work only when I cut this part.

It's strange.

Hi Younesse,
If you're using the EVM, the device is powered up through USB. After you configure the device through I2C, it will keep the settings until its power cycled again. Can you please elaborate on what do you mean by "Cut off USB to i2C"? Also what is stm32? If you have the EVM the best way to operate is through GUI.
